    Though, what we’ve found is that it can be difficult for the Sales team to reliably secure video production resources from Marketing.

  • Great question. First of all: cost.

  • On average, most videos are completed within 24 hours after recording. However, more complex requests can take longer.

  • Once subscribed, you're able to add as many video requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one in the order they were received.

    To prioritize an order, simply check the “rush my order” box when filling out the form.

  • The subscription plans do not include in-person recording, and only apply to remote capture. ie: Zoom.
